Our seasonal filter changes each quarter. Sure Lato is our second filter rotation, coming from the Guji region in Ethiopia. Classic honey processing brings forward texture and sweetness in this coffee, offering complexity in the cup with notes of hazelnut and blackberry.

We feel this coffee is a beautiful example of traditional Ethiopian coffees, packed with sweetness and that elegance that Ethiopian coffees are known for.
